Meet your Tutor - Kate Horner
Kate Horner is an artist and an educator. Her work has been exhibited internationally and she has been teaching for many years. She set up ArtyBird Carnforth in 2007 and it has gone from strength to strength. She teaches Felt-Making, Weaving, Embroidery and Creative Textiles. As well as teaching technique, she has always championed the importance of design.
She has received a prestigious Medal for Excellence as a tutor in her field from City & Guilds.
